At TCGNest, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the item:

• Is unused and in its original condition.

• Is returned in its original packaging with all included accessories and promotional items.

• Shows no signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse.

• Is accompanied by proof of purchase or a valid order number.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Opened or unsealed Pokémon trading card products.

• Booster packs, booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, and similar products that have been opened or tampered with.

• Digital products, gift cards, or downloadable content.

• Clearance, final sale, or liquidation items.

• Personalized or custom-made products.

• Items marked as non-returnable on the product page.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

• Your order number.

• A description of the issue.

• Clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund, depending on the circumstances.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Include your order number and reason for the return.

3. Wait for return authorization and instructions before shipping your item.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or delayed.

5. Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect, damaged, or defective item), TCGNest will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

• For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

6. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from our error or applicable law requires otherwise.

7. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you wish to exchange an item for another product, please contact our customer support team to discuss the available options.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they enter processing or shipment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must instead follow this Return & Refund Policy.

9. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused by the customer or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided during checkout, any refund may be reduced by the shipping costs, return shipping fees, customs charges, or other expenses incurred by TCGNest, where permitted by applicable law.

10. Pre-Order Products

Pre-order cancellations may be accepted before the product has been prepared for shipment.

Once a pre-order has entered fulfillment, it will be treated in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy.

11. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any statutory consumer rights that apply under the laws of your country or region. Where applicable law provides greater protections, those rights will prevail.
